October's Cooking Demonstration had a Fall / Halloween theme. Gary Christo, Director of Environment Services and Denise Dugan, Director of Business Office, demonstrated how to prepare Frankenstein Finger Cookies and Pumpkin Soup served in mini pumpkins. The soup was warm and yummy and the Frankenstein Cookies were creepy and tasty!
Flappers and Gangsters were the theme of our Prohibition Dinner on October 30th. Password required to enter the Dining Room: "Joe sent me." Music of the Roaring '20s filled the room and drinks were served from paper bags... Shhh!
